Just about 90 miles south of San Fransisco is Salinas when I'm at now. Got here on Tuesday night with my produce load from Yuma AZ. Dropped the trailer and any back about a mile to the pilot and started a reset.
Wednesday was very windy and lots of rain, but it was quite cozy inside the truck with all that bad weather outside. Spent most of the day chilling with Netflix watching season 2 of Blacklist. Yes I'm a Netflix junkie.
Today the weather is much better, the sun is actually shining thru and I'm waiting for a load, empty trailers are available down at Fresh Express soon as I get the preplan.
Its been a pretty busy week apparently, I'm out of my 70 hours again and this time not even a single hour gained next day. I unloaded and spent the night on the streets outside Anthony Marano last night.
Drove down to Loves in South Holland next morning to finish the rest of my reset. I'm still here watching the Blacklist on Netflix and just waiting it out.
Tomorrow my reset will be completed and I'll be back on the road again. Hopefully westbound.
Finally in Las Vegas and I'm doing a reset, but don't seem to be any office people here today which means there won't be a van to borrow. I've been driving night for the last two days and I was supposed to drop this trailer last night, but they didn't accept any drops before Sunday.
Drove up to TA at Blue Diamond to park, but it was already packed. Not really a surprise when it's 0100am Saturday morning. Even the paid parking was all taken or booked. Continued further up to North Las Vegas and parked at the yard. At least I got parked and Sam's club and In n'Out burgers are next door.
